From the North (I-95)

• Take I-95 South and turn right onto Exit 284 (State Route 100).
• Travel west on State Route 100/Moody Boulevard until you approach Dr. Carter Boulevard, which will be on your left.  A sign from the Health Department is located at the intersection.
• Turn onto Dr. Carter Boulevard and make at left into the “Physicians’ Office Park” parking lot.
• We are the last office (#210) at the south end of the parking lot.

From the South (I-95)

• Take I-95  North and turn left onto Exit 284 (State Route 100).

From the Orlando Airport:

• Start out going North on Airport Blvd. East toward FL-436 Semoran Blvd.
• Take the State Route-528 ramp (Toll Road) toward Cocoa/Kennedy Space Center.
• Merge onto Bee Line Expressay/FL-528 East (Toll Road).
• Take the State Route 417 North (Exit 16) toward Orlando/Sanford.
• Merge onto FL-417 North (Toll Road).
• Take the 1-4 E (Exit 55A) toward Daytona Beach.
• Merge onto I-4 East.
• Merge onto I-95 North via the exit on the left toward Jacksonville.
• Take I-95  North and turn left onto Exit 284 (State Route 100).
• Travel west on State Route 100/Moody Boulevard until you approach Dr. Carter Boulevard, which will be on your left.  A sign from the Health Department is located at the intersection.
